Beyond getting married at the same place where he proposed, John and Catherine really pulled off a beautiful and special wedding day that was totally “them”. The couple and their loved ones shared so many moments both fun and touching, it was hard to capture them all in one highlight video! And judging by the heartfelt speeches from their friends and family during the reception, these two are really made for each other. Take a look at their wedding video to witness for yourself!
The vows
One of my favorite parts of this wedding was the vow exchange during the ceremony. Both John and Catherine really spoke from their heart, and there wasn’t a dry eye on the green that day. John quoted lyrics from the Broadway musical Hamilton and really tied his meaningful vows together by mentioning how proud and happy his late father would have been to watch him marry someone as special as Catherine. And only Catherine could turn a beautiful Bible verse about love and devotion into a silly, giggly moment that really showed just how much fun she has with her new husband. We couldn’t get enough.
