  • Are you licensed and insured to shoot at my wedding venue?
    Yes! We have liability insurance through Full Frame Insurance and drone insurance through SkyWatch. We are also licensed drone pilots. If you want to make sure our policies meet your venue's requirements, we'd be more than happy to send over our documentation for them to approve prior to signing.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    We bring protective gear for our equipment, so we're always prepared for anything!
  • How many people from your team will be there on my wedding day?
    This entirely depends on the package you choose. With the Bronze Package, you get 1 videographer. With the Silver or Gold Package, you get 2 videographers.
  • Do I have to provide a vendor meal for your team?
    Because we stay on-site shooting anywhere from 8-12 hours, we do ask for a meal to be provided at every wedding.
  • Will you fly a drone on my wedding day?
    The drone is included with the Gold package and can be added on as an additional charge for the Bronze or Silver Package. We are limited in certain instances depending on the weather and if your venue is located in a no-fly zone. If this happens and you chose to pay for drone in advance, a refund will be given in the amount that you paid.
  • What are your packages?
    All of our packages are listed on our Investment page. If you have a unique wedding situation and would like a custom quote, submit a contact form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
  • What's the difference between a second videographer and an assistant?
    A second videographer works alongside the lead videographer to make sure every event is captured from multiple angles. They are also able to work independently if the schedule demands certain events overlapping or if getting ready locations are in different areas. An assistant is there to work ahead of the videographer by setting up the ceremony cameras, getting all the speakers mic'd up, making sure all the gear stays charged, etc... They aren't expected to hold a camera but will operate a tripod camera if the Full Ceremony or Toast add-ons are purchased with the Silver Package.
  • Is there a deposit needed up front?
    Yes, we require 33% of the total package price to be paid with the signed contract to reserve your date. The rest is due the day before the wedding unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    You can pay your deposit and final payment any time by cash, check, or Venmo. If you'd like to pay by credit card, let us know and we can send a payment request through our credit card processor.
  • Do you travel for weddings? If so, what are the additional costs?"
    Yes, we love to travel! We charge an additional $0.50 per mile for weddings over 1 hour away from our home location in Jacksonville, FL. For weddings between 1 and 3 hours away, we require a place to stay the night before. For domestic or international travel weddings, a custom quote will be required. Typically, it's an additional $750-$1000 for domestic and $1,500-$2,000 for international.
  • Do you film elopements?
    Absolutely! Submit a contact form with more details about your elopement and we'll get back to you with a custom quote.
  • Why are some videographers more expensive than others?
    The price of a wedding videographer depends on the quality of their work, their experience with weddings, the type of gear they use, and the overall demand for their services.
  • Is it normal to tip my videographers?
    Occasionally our couples choose to bless us by tipping; however, we never expect any additional compensation for our services.
  • What is a highlight film?
    The highlight film that encompasses all of the major highlights, relationships, and events of the day from bride prep to send off at the end of the night. This is the video that is put to music with bits and pieces of audio from the day. Most wedding videos you see on Youtube or other platforms are considered highlight films.
  • How do you pick your music for the highlight film?
    A lot of the music we pick is heavily influenced by your tastes and preferences. We pay for a comprehensive licensing service that offers tons of great songs in every genre, and we'll usually ask what you like about the wedding videos you've seen to get an idea of the feel you're looking for. Due to licensing laws, we're not able to use songs we don't have the rights to.
  • What is a full ceremony video?
    It's a video from start to finish of your ceremony. We use multiple cameras to get the best angles and a series of different audio capturing devices to make sure we don't miss a thing! The length of this video depends on the length of your ceremony.
  • What is a toast video?
    It's a video of your speeches from start to finish with audio. A great way to remember what some of your favorite people say about you and your spouse! The length of this video depends on how many speakers you have and how long their toasts are.
  • Do you deliver raw footage?
    We are in the works of figuring out a way to offer raw as an additional cost. We don't have all the details currently.
  • How will I get my finished videos?
    We use a combination of Dropbox and Youtube to create a permanent landing page on our website where you can access your videos forever!
  • What's your turnaround time?
    This is heavily dictated by the amount of weddings we have on our docket, but you should be able to expect everything to be completed in 8-12 weeks. The exception is our teaser trailer, which usually takes 1-3 weeks to complete.
  • How long have you been shooting weddings?
    The very first wedding we shot together was in early 2019, but we started shooting weddings as a company in early 2020. Before that, we used videography mostly in our free time for passion projects.
  • Are you guys actually brothers?
    We get this question a lot, and yes, we are actually brothers!
  • Will both of you be at my wedding?
    This depends entirely on the package you choose. If you pick the Silver Package, there'll be one of us and one of our trusted assistants. If you pick the Gold Package, you'll get both of us!
